  • See customers’ requests coming from different channels, including SMS, emails, website chat, Telegram, WhatsApp, and more.
  • Manage escalations coming from chatbots.
  • Serve them in real-time and add attachments or use predefined answers.
  • See the list of unassigned and active chats or archive closed ones.
  • Pick a colleague to chat with or open a support ticket to escalate the issue.
