Herald is a screen-pop app for Webex Calling teams: the moment a call rings, it matches the caller against your HubSpot contacts and pops the matching record for the agent — in a browser, an installable desktop app, or the Herald sidebar inside the Webex App. After a recorded call, Herald can append an AI call summary (or the transcript) to the matched record, so the next rep has the context. Agents answer already knowing who's calling and their history — no manual CRM searching, notes written automatically.
To get started: order and provision your subscription at https://herald.virtual-guardians.com/order. An administrator then connects HubSpot and links your Webex organization in the Herald Admin Console — a one-time setup — before users open Herald in Webex. End users do not need their own HubSpot login.
Requires a Webex Calling account, a company HubSpot account, and a Herald subscription (paid per-user seats). For pricing, contact info@virtual-guardians.com.
