DV2000 integrates Webex Calling with the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS), enabling automated wake-up calls, guest voicemail, and housekeeping room-status using the guest room telephone.
Licenses and Configuration Required
Webex—managed by a Webex Control Hub administrator:
- Webex Workspaces for guest-room extensions
- Webex Workspace with a SIP-configured device for the DV2000
- Webex Service App
DuVoice:
- DuVoice DV2000 license
